Sensory Workshops

SARDI’s Food Innovation and Value Chain offer practical sensory analysis workshops using sensory evaluation techniques with practical information delivered by a sensory expert. These workshops are designed for anybody in the food and wine industry and serious amateurs to learn and appreciate the critical factors for successful sensory evaluation.

All our workshops are hands on and there are no prerequisites.

Expressions of interest are welcome for conducting practical sensory workshops for private groups or in other regions.
