Research Projects
The Food Safety Program applies Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and World Health Organization (WHO) risk assessment guidelines across a range of commodoties and across the food supply continuum. Research outputs are used to inform the development of public health policy by state and federal jurisdictions and assist industry to identify appropriate food safety interventions to protect public health.
