PreDicta B Sample Registration
This spreadsheet is designed to record the agronomist, client and paddock details linked to individual samples for each consignment of PreDicta B samples sent to SARDI.
This information will be imported into the Diagnostics database, thus eliminating transcription errors.
All sample and client details recorded in the registration spreadsheet will be merged into the PreDicta B report.

The Registration spreadsheet includes 3 worksheets:
- Instructions: Includes details on how to use the spreadsheet.
- Sample Details: For each sample in the consignment, enter Sample ID, agronomist accreditation number, order number, clients name, paddock name, date sampled, sampling depth*, sampling strategy*, crop* and cultivar* for past 2 crops, and proposed crop* and cultivar* for current season. * select from drop down menus.
- Contact Details:

- Agronomist details; Use this section to update contact details. Complete this section if your contact details have changed since you completed the training course or the last time you sent in a sample.
- Invoicing contact; Use this section if the monthly invoices need to go to a different person within the company.
- Client Details; Complete this section for each sample (Sample ID and Client First Name and Surname are displayed from linked fields in Sample Details worksheet). Copy and paste details for multiple samples from same client.
Exporting sample details file
When all sample details for a consignment have been entered into the spreadsheet, click on the “Export Sample Details” button at the top of Sample Details worksheet. This will activate a macro to save a copy of the completed file incorporating agronomist accreditation number, date and time into the file name. The macro will ask you to select a directory in which to save the new file. Email this file to predictab@sa.gov.au
