PestFacts 2008
PestFacts is a 'free' service, designed to keep growers and advisers informed about invertebrate pest-related issues and solutions as they emerge during the growing season. PestFacts issues (or reminders) for a range of invertebrate pests of all broad-acre crops, including pulses, oilseeds, cereals, fodder crops and pastures.
PestFacts is produced throughout the growing season on an “as-needed” basis and is supported by GRDC’s National Invertebrate Pest Initiative (NIPI). All information will be sent by email to subscribers. Since being launched, PestFacts has encouraged and developed a good rapport with agronomists, consultants, agri-business staff, growers and researchers, leading to timely reporting of pest incidences, effective control sand information about relevant research findings.
