Roles and expertise: Oat Breeder and co-ordinator of breeding programs in SARDI. Ensuring milestones for the oat and vetch breeding programs are met. Developing research priorities on the oat breeding program and facilitate co-operative research programs with oat quality, doubled haploids and molecular markers. Reporting to funding bodies for all oat breeding projects, variety selection and assessment, liase with researchers, farmers and industry, field day presentations, supervise staff.
