Roles and expertise:
Dr. Linnane received his PhD from the Zoology Department at the National University of Ireland, Galway. He has published over 20 scientific papers and 10 peer reviewed reports in the areas of lobster biology and fisheries stock assessment. His research has mainly focused on the areas of ecological requirements, reproductive biology, spatial dynamics and bycatch mitigation within crustacean fisheries. Dr. Linnane lectures and supervises students at Flinders and Adelaide Universities.
