Roles and expertise: Dr Chick has more than 15 years experience in Australian invertebrate fisheries research, development and management. His professional interests include the application of research outcomes and development of adaptive management strategies for the sustainable management of inshore invertebrate fisheries. He has broad experience in research project development, including that involving strong industry collaboration, and has current interests in fishery-independent methods for stock assessment, abalone population structure and the application of fishery performance indicators for effective management.
