  • Specific work interests include potentially pathogenic marine vibrios, molecular microbiology, cool chain management and product quality.
  • Provides specialist support in the areas of shellfish safety and quality. 
  • Currently working on shelf life extension and value-adding of half shell oysters.

  • PhD candidate supported by the Australian Seafood CRC (Quality, shelf-life and value-adding of Australian oysters).
