Roles and Expertise: Research expertise in the areas of sheep, deer, poultry and ratite nutrition, welfare and production systems of poultry.
Experience: Over 15 years of research experience in livestock nutrition particularly in ruminant nutrition and experience in village poultry production and free-range poultry production systems. Also several years experience in statistical analysis.
Current and Recent Projects: Feeding village poultry in the Solomon Islands; Using local feeds to reduce the cost of Pig and Poultry production in Tonga; High value products from hatchery waste; and Improving the profitability of village broiler production in PNG.
