Roles and Expertise: Histological analysis of developmental Merino skin samples. In situ hybridisation analysis of these samples, to assay expression of genes potentially involved in wool follicle development.

Experience: A broad range of molecular biology techniques utilised across the past 20 years in the fields of human immunology, plant development biology and wool biology. Also experienced in the specialised areas of embryonic stem cells and sheep transgenesis.
