Thesis: Growth and function of AM fungi in soils of limiting pore size.
- 2002-2006 Post-Doctoral Research Fellow, CSIRO Entomology.
Project title: Effect of herbicides on nitrogen fixation in grain legumes in southern Australia.

Current and recent projects:
Improving legume symbioses using the pasture legume Trifolium subterraneum (Sub clover).
Specifically: Selecting for plants and cultivars that form effective symbiosis with native populations of soil Rhizobium. Investigating the mechanisms controlling formation of effective and ineffective symbioses with native soil Rhizobium.
